1. The Service

McDowell Caddie Club, LLC provides private low-speed electric cart transport services for registered members and authorized guests across partner Club Houses and designated residential neighborhoods in North Scottsdale, Arizona. Public site: https://www.mcdowellcc.com/.

2. SMS Communications & Notifications

We collect your mobile phone number to send transactional SMS: ride confirmations, Caddie / driver dispatch updates, arrival notifications, and account verification codes (OTP). • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your journey requests and login activity (approx. 1–4 messages per requested journey).
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
• Opt-Out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
• Support: Reply HELP for assistance or email patrick@mcdowellcc.com.

We do not send marketing SMS. Phone numbers collected for SMS are not shared, sold, or rented to third parties for promotional purposes.

3. Member Conduct & Safety

Members agree to adhere to the Club's safety guidelines, local traffic regulations, and treat fellow members, venue staff, and Caddies with courtesy and respect.
